Both companies pick up immediately in front of the arrivals area at both terminals and both operate an information desk within the terminal, which if not staffed, have direct-dial telephone.
Most of the major hotels in the region operate their own courtesy coach service to and from the airport.
A five-minute walk along a covered walkway connects the domestic and international terminals.
Each terminal has disabled parking marked at the kerbside. This parking is only available to vehicles displaying a disabled permit, and must follow the normal kerbside parking rules. Under government legislation, no vehicle is permitted to be left unattended at the kerbside to the terminal. Disabled passengers may be unloaded from the disabled parking area, however the vehicle must not be left unattended to assist the passenger into the terminal. If the passenger requires assistance to the check-in area, the driver must park the vehicle in the public car park and then return to assist the disabled passenger.
Disabled parking is also available within the car parks.
