Exemplar Coaches and Limousines are proud to manage the transfer desks located inside T1 International Arrivals and T2 Domestic Arrivals terminals.
Exemplar strongly recommend private transfers and limousines be pre-booked by calling (07) 4213 3333 or emailing reservations@exemplaronline.com.au at least 24 hours before departing your home port.
Passengers who arrive without booked services should enquire at the Exemplar desks to see what shuttles, Private and limousines services are available at that time.

Limousine bookings must be made prior to arrival.
Accommodation Transfers
Many accommodation providers in the region operate their own courtesy coach service to and from the airport. Contact them directly for more information.
Terminal Transfers
A five-minute walk along a covered walkway connects T1 International and T2 Domestic Terminals.

Drivers should not approach you
It is against the law for drivers or their agents to approach you or to solicit a fare from you. With the exception of bookings made in the terminal at the Exemplar Coaches and Limousines information counter all limousine and shuttle bus services must be pre-arranged. Cairns Airport works closely with the Department of Transport and Infrastructure.
