Cairns Airport has welcomed the announcement by Cathay Pacific that the airline will offer four direct, non-stop services between Hong Kong and Cairns each week.
Cairns Airport GM Aeronautical Development & Marketing, Janice Antonson, said the new direct services are good news for the region and their announcement comes as preparations continue for celebrations to mark the 20th
anniversary of Cathay Pacific services between Hong Kong and Cairns.
